How Do I Pay for Items on the New Online Bently Swag Store? 

Accepted forms of payment include Credit Card (P-Card) or Purchase Order.
Once you have submitted your cart, a customer service agent will be in contact to retrieve the payment info.

 

How is shipping handled?

All items ship via FedEx 5-7 days after payment information is received, unless otherwise noted on the item page. International shipments will not have a guaranteed delivery date.

 

Can I Order Additional items that are not offered on the store?

Absolutely! Additional items can be found here. Please contact either Mitch Rhodus  or Randy Clark for a quote.

 

Can I order less than the minimum stated on the site?

Unfortunately, no. This is a non-inventory store, meaning the items are produced per order. We suggest ordering ahead for future events in order to meet the minimum required.

 

Once I place my order, how long will it take to ship?

        Standard orders will ship 5-7 days after the order is received. If you need your items sooner, please indicate on the order your in hands date and a member of our team will reach          out to you to ensure we can get the order to you in time.
